Before I started the Project Lean journey, I always trained really hard but I never gave a lot of focus to my diet. However thanks to Project Lean I was given the direction and drive I needed to start reaching my fitness goals. I’ve never known or understood the concept of how diets work and with so many crash diets and options you just don’t know which ones are legit.
What I have realized though… there is no quick fix and Bruno will tell you straight.
